1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to hold one registered account with gdwin28. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate and complete information including your full name, active mobile number, valid email address and any other details requested. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Any activity carried out through your account is the responsibility of the account holder.
• Notify the gdwin28 support team immediately if your account is accessed without authorisation.
• The account name must match the name of the owner of the payment method used.

gdwin28 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time to ensure account integrity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the account being suspended or closed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

gdwin28 supports a range of local payment methods suitable for Malaysia players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), Boost, ShopeePay as well as cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction, regardless of the payment method chosen.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus: 100% first deposit bonus up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit RM100, you receive a RM100 bonus, making your balance RM200. The amount that must be wagered is RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses cannot be used together unless specifically stated.
• Attempts to abuse the bonus system or manipulate wagering requirements may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• gdwin28 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion with appropriate notice.
• Bonuses credited to an account cannot be transferred to another player.

6 Game Rules

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a confirmed technical error has occurred.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs or system vulnerabilities is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of winnings.
• The use of automated software (bots), artificial intelligence tools or any method that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable while playing. gdwin28 is not liable for game disruptions caused by third-party issues.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, gdwin28 will restore the situation based on valid server records.

7 Identity Verification (KYC)

8 Account Restrictions and Termination

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and security checks are completed.

9 Limitation of Liability

gdwin28 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, gdwin28 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from service disruptions or system downtime beyond our control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to the use of the platform.

11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
